Blocked Website?

When I try to access this website: http://www.whereisthematrix.mirrorz.com it tells me that the Action is aborted, just like it says on the ads Supertrick blocks. I was therefore wonderin, did the owner of that site do anything to get himself blocked, of is it just the site who is down...?
