HDBits and TTi support

Hello everyone.
Can someone please tell me what is the email to contact HDBits and TTi support? Or if there's any IRC channel where i can go to. Was trying to access my account in both places and get the error message:

Username or password incorrect.
If you've forgotten your username or password, you can recover it here (http://hdbits.org/recover.php).

It's not a ratio or cheater problem. Think its cuz i havent logged in in a few weeks.

TTi - not sure, but Accounts inactive for more than 30 days are automatically deleted, so you might need another invite?

I got the same error msg 2 days ago @ HDBits, just use email recover to get new password and it worked. But if you didn't login for more than 50 days, it should be gone, need wait to get a new invite.
