Nice give away :)
No idea what site it is so guess the fact not got 100 posts here yet and fact that I think that a ratio over 2 is excessive for a normal member on a site as it helps to ruin the ratio's of others no need me asking for it :)
Unless what you really want is an uploader means require a server to use on the site.
Which brings me to question would the member be limited to using just one seed box or some one access to several servers be better?
