hi, i registered a dedicated EG 4GB server from seedbox.eu
may i know how long does it take to get my login info? does the reseller guy provide us all the full access info to ovh manager & is there any way to access the power cycle function for my server?

I registered yesterday and asked him to remove the other order and process the paid one , but so sad he refund me everything my god. and i just re-ordered again last few hours.

From what I've heard, you're not given access to the OVH manager.

Seedhost.eu his msn appear offline. its midnight over there. Need to wait them wake up i guess.

I get a kimsufi from him yesterday and it was setuped in 20 minutes.

Maybe the 4GB server may take longer due to OVH availability.

I've recently decided to try out Seedhost.eu. The kimsufi was given to me within 24 hours, fully operational. Now, my only gripe is I've sent one support email four days ago, and it has yet to be answered. It wasn't an emergency, only a query concerning upgrades and billing policy. But this slow/nonexistant support makes me worry; what if I needed a reinstall, or something more demanding?

Thats strange integral,

Yesterdat... 2 hours after i first received the server... i did open a support ticket for OS reinstallation.

It was made in about 2 hours.

Did u use the new system ? the one in his website where u can open and track support tickets?
