please help with FTP

I have my own seed box before 1 week its working great.today i try to

download some file from my seed box into my pc but i am tired i cant log in

my seed box.it's showing this message

i dont know what's happened before i can use and i can download. i am using

FileZilla and CuteFTP.please if some one can help me.

This FileZilla Server screenshoot is from your seedbox or your client?

Looks like port 990 is being used by another process.

try changing the port 990 to something else. change it on both the server and the client.

Try changing the port that your server is listening for connections on.

My suggestion would be to stop using those lame programs and actually start using real FTP programs.

Run: RaidenFTP (Windows Box)
Connecting: Use FXP or RushFTP
