bittorrent, if they're new...
check suprnova.org (http://www.suprnova.org/), and if you see the games you look for are among the games section, search google for info on how to use bittorrent...

edit: or use the search function of the forum for threads about it. Lots of n00bs have asked questions on what BT is, and how it works...

MIRC is ok just bloody hard to configure I would liek it if someone maade a pinned thread about how the hell you use it :huh:

It's from an anime site (and a little hard to read) but the instructions are step-by-step and globally applicable.
