Ok Im going abroad for a couple of months. I will probably use my accs from there. Which trackers could ban me for changing IP if I dont notify them?

I agree ... better safe than sound, spares you the trouble to make some posts here afterwards like: "what is this or that-tracker's IRC" ;)

Better tell staff before going and maybe park them or let them know you are using foreign IP

I dont think that you will do something bad.
In the rules/faq it isnt mentioned not to join from different countries(at least the ones im registered).

try to contact them on their irc and they could make a note on your profile so any other admin will have a record of your change

Agreed. Notify staff on each tracker, don't change the email or password.
