iTS account disabled

My account has been disabled because of IP change. I generally log into the account from my home or from work, like I am doing now. From home its an India based IP however from work its a UK based IP, possibly resulting in the IP change. But I download only from my home connection and never @ work.
My apologies for posting it here, as I have been very busy of late hence did not find time to seek help on the IRC. Please help!!

Try finding their support channel on IRC if it exists. And in the future, you might want to inform staff ahead of time of something like this, because it does look suspicious from their point of view.

Check irc instead, it does not even take 5 min to resolve account related issues. And if you don't even have that much time, you prolly should not be torrenting.

not really ... benchi does browse this forum almost every day but normally about 12-14 hrs from now so not exactly the right time to make this post...

IRC is lot quicker than that.

beside, i doubt his issue will be solved by one pm. There likely will be series of pms coming back and forth. Now add up all that time, it likely will exceeded 5 minutes. btw, 5 min is what it takes to resolve such issues over irc, at max.
