I'm currently part of what.cd torrentleech and tvtorrents, these are all fantastic but what I would really like a tracker for movies only. Something similar to what.cd but for movies.

Torrentleech is great for current releases but any movie more then a year old I have to grab from public trackers at atrocious speeds, could you guys recommend me any? Even if they are currently closed just so I can keep an eye out in the future.

Cheers http://www.torrentforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

You have Karagarga that is very good to old movies, and have tehconnection, for new movies. But i think that you need invite for both.

PTN - Xvid Movies
HDBits - HD Movies
TTi - DVD-R movies
Karagarga - Rare and Obscure movies.

;)

Also, I highly recommend that you don't trade.

You are entitled to your own opinion. Was it necessary to say that to the others trying to help?

Well, I would have mentioned your obesity but you probably would have reported me. :emo:

I did say you were all talking bollocks, but now you mention it. You do talk more bollocks than anyone.

This shows your immaturity more than anything else. I'm sorry if I "talk bollocks". I was trying to help people. Unfortunately most don't get the help they need because of people such as yourself.

Yes,I think everyone knows that. I will not hijack this thread anymore than I have already done. For someone who hates this "Bittard" section so much you sure do post a lot in here.

I couldn't agree more. Goem is by far the best tracker for mainstream films.I've found films there that weren't even on demonoid which says a lot about Goem. Not to mention their ever helpful and friendly staff which makes it a great overall experience.

FFS, it's my birthday today. Which means I'm not 12 :D Though, I suppose I haven't been 12 for a few years...

Goem!!!!

It's true. If you like what, then you'll like goem. It's integrated very nicely with IMDB and allows multiple genres to be associated with one movie. It the only movie tracker I know of that has addressed that bug.

edit: And Cinemageddon for rare/bad movies!

So Benchez: How would you say iTS compares to all the superior 0day trackers?

Sounds like Goem is the go, why do people not recommend trading invites? how else will I get an invite to Goem?

Something Else
07-28-2008, 01:55 AM
Because trading invites will most likely get you banned as it is against most trackers' rules.
When you've been here long enough to send PM's (about a month). Ask me by PM if you like. I won't want anything in return other than for you to use the site well.

OK thanks a lot, I guess I'll just stick around here for a while then. :)

Cheers for the advice guys.

In the meantime, try zamunda, they have 11178 xvid torrents. Far more than anywhere else probably.

Looks like they are closed at the moment as well. I'll keep checking it regularly though.

I haven't counted torrents on every site, but x264 is my favorite movie tracker due to its excellent design. It's super-clean, easy to browse and search, has multiple genre tags, easy links to IMDB, allows users to rate the encode and the movie separately - just a great, great design.

If you are a power user on what, you can go to the invite section of their forum where there is a thread for goem invites - Or wait the 30 days and ask in the invite forum here.

Geez, what a pompous exclusive tracker. :P

Hmmm...I've never been a member of x264. Sounds like it's pretty good though.

I've found that with a combination of Demonoid, Pisexy, and TTi, I've been able to find just about every movie that I've wanted to watch. Plus I like to use Karagarga to find older gems that I haven't seen.

x264 is not that good and has very little content, but kg, goem, tehconnection + tti would do a good deal.
while i would also recommend PTN but it is still in the evolving stages.

Yeah, I feel that PTN is going to be a very great site for movies. Just hit the 1000 mark after the downtime :)
