What is the best software to compress files and how small could I make a 700mb by compressing it.

I never really compress any files but I know that it depends on the type of file how much you can compress it.

I use winrar, but only really for unzipping

I was wondering because I download the game WILL ROCK and it was compressed down to 128mb from 552mb. I was wondering if anybody new how to compress it that much or somewhere close.

UHARC didnt work that good for me does anybody know any other good ones?
