Partition magic

Hi pple ......

I have a laptop which have Vista on it . The laptop have 100 GB hard disk drive . And have one partition on it . i want to make another partition . and I want to make that partition while i'm on Vista ( from windows not from DOS )
Partition magic can do this but for bad news only on XP and Vista doesn't support this program .
so can someone tell me if there si another program have the same features that partition magic has , and can work on Vista .
