Has anyone tried Off system?

I was wondering, anyone tried Off system? I was reading the program's FAQ and I must say, I'm quite impressed. However, I'm just not quite sure about it yet. I'd describe in detail why, but I'm feeling a bit lazy and I don't to look like a spammer on a forum that I just joined.
