Looking For A Good Vcd Burner

Hi everyone, im looking for a software that can allow me to burn VCDs but with Menu Structures, do you have any suggestions?

P.S. Not SVCDs because i dont have a DVD player or Burner in my PC, only a regular CD burner.

n3r0-(nero) has some simple menu designs in it, r0xi0-(roxio cd/dvd creater 6) has some better menus but the video encoding is pretty bad

ulead dvd factory 2 is good for vcd also and has some nice menu makers built in <_<
