Bought a seedbox, but can't connect :(

I bought an express Leaseweb server yesterday, and got the IP and login email this morning. I ordered it with Fedora installed, and I have been reading through Naqs awesome Linux seedbox guide. Except I can't even connect to my server at all, ssh operations timeout everytime. :frusty:
Does anyone have any suggestions about what I should do?

Did they give you a new SSH port when they sent your login info?

Turns out it was something they did, because I contacted them and they reinstalled my server and now it works perfectly :)
