Managing Mp3

i'm looking for a program where you can rename or move an audio-file during playback, any suggestions ?

rename (like changing the name) and/or move (like move the file to another directory)

When your multimedia application is accessing the the MP3, you can't rename or delete it because the application is using the file...??!! http://www.path0gen.dial.pipex.com/hammer_heh.gif

i know, that's why i posted this, cause when a program just remembers your desired changes and performs it afterwards ...
