No not at this time, The next fall update introduces installing games to the HDD feature, It's just another way for M$ to squeeze more money out of you to buy there rip off 120gb HDD if you want to store more than a couple of games on the HDD.

In order to play backup games you need to get it modded - flash the drive,
and games have to be burned to dual-layer DVD.
There aren't any other options as of now.
