Thats because you missed Jon's second post right after, he turned them back off because of the load on the server :(

I voted a resounding Yes, but if there is a major problem with overloading the server, then it isn't worth it....but how in Gods name can two extra icons be so much load for the serever? Surely it'd be easier to just close the lounge during peak times?

I think the server load comes from having to query each topic to see if you've posted in it.
