I'm using a seedbox through webui and i'm getting this error popup window from time to time:

nthin it just means that the webUI has timed out and the current status on the WebUI is not update to the current status ...

I get them too.

I checked the uTorrent direct on the seedbox using VNC when they first started happening for me and there is no problem with speeds on the box, so I just ignore them now. I think it is more to do with my home connection than my seedbox.
