saying why you want it would help a little. you say bitme or bitmetv, but those 2 trackers have vastly different content. thats a sign of someone who wants just to be there rather then someone who wants it for a purpose. TL and bitme are both maybe's around here if you have a reason behind it, bitmetv isnt going to happen very likely for a new user. my suggestion would be to edit your request for something you know you'll use and let everyone know why exactly you want it. also im not a huge fan of the whole speedtest/ratio proof stuff but for someone without a real posting history it may help.
