Xilisoft video converter vs xilisoft ipod video converter

Iam trying to get a video converter so i can convert movies/tv/others so i can put them in my ipod

Between these 2

Well i use xilisoft iphone video converter for my iphone and the Ipod video converter for the ipod ...
Some times the encoding done by Xilisoft video converter dsnt play on my ipod ..

why would i buy them when you can get them on the internet for free ;)
what do you mean dosent play on your ipod

if it dosent play on your ipod,which other video convertor are you using ?

AS in wat i am trying to say is that sometimes the ripping done by general xilisoft converter dsnt work on ipod(usually when ripped from RV format) ..
So if its fer yer ipod then use Xilisoft ipod converter ...
Just go to Katz.cd and type ipod ... U will be suprised

ok i go and try xilisoft ipod video converter,according to the website,the latest version is 5.12,but when i search in katz.cd and other site(like katz.cd),it only goes to verson 3,i search though alote of torrent site too,but i cant find,do you know where i can find version 5.12 and not version 3 ;)
