Pal To Ntsc?

:ph34r: I have a Couple of Movies, but i cant load them into my DVD Editing Program, It Does not Support PAL. I want to know if there is any way or a Program that will Let me Convert PAL to NTSC?

found a Few Helpful things there, but i still need a PAL to NTSC Converter

Yes, u can just somewhere in Tmpgenc just go to format conversion. Whatever format it was in to start will be converted to the the other. :D
