IV COMPLETED ABOUT 45% OF THE GAME AND NOW NOTHING IS HAPPENING NO ONE IS CALLEING ME FOR JOBS OR ANY THING DO I HAVE TO GET TO CETAIN AMOUNT OF MONEY OR SMOETHING?

The last story line mision is "keep your freinds close" If you have not yet reached this than you need to buy property and possibley complete sum sub misions. (not quite sure how it works. For me more details see here (http://db.gamefaqs.com/console/ps2/file/grand_theft_auto_vice_city_100.txt).

Also please do not use caps on your posts, it is very hard on the eyes.

and doing all the missions is not 100% u need to do the hidden packages police car thingy and the ambulence and the taxi missions and all that CRAP and all the stunts and crap!

You must go to the pink areas on the map which are shown by "A" and "C".

Yea eventually you complete the jobs for a time.. walk around for about 1 min or less.. you will get a phone call.
Maybe your just missing where to go.
I never got stuck like that.
