It is called "intellectual dishonesty". They know they are talking shit, but continue to do so in hopes of winning an argument or unfairly labeling someone, rather than discussing a topic.

It is like a stranger rushing up to you on the street shouting, "this man is a racist". Suddenly you must defend yourself to the world. The accuser just drops a label on you with no justification.

If you are going to call someone "Hitler", you should be required to eloquently explain the parallels and similarities, and not resort to specious flames. Or better put, the burden of proof should lie with the accuser, not the accused. Innocent until proven guilty and all that.




I also hate people who take a post that has multiple points, address one point, but not comment on the others. If you are going to counter an argument, deal with the whole enchilada, not just the flaky wrapping.

As mentioned in your explanation thread some of the files were said to have pretty extreme names. In the same thread I asked if this were true. I recived no reply.
