I have been into "petrol" for a few years now and honestly guys, you should spend time on it and do some research.

You will literally understand a lot more about our world, our economy and MOST IMPORTANT: OUR FUTUR!!!

I'll get you started with the subject of Peak Oil.
There is about 4.000.000 pages listed on google but still a lot of people don't know anything about it and this is THE thing that will radically change your life style AS YOU KNOW IT!

When they say there's gonna be a petrol shortage and people panic buy, I go to the petrol station and fill my car to the brim to make it run out faster

True story

someone recently burst my bubble about hydrogen car being our salvation...

still requires lots of electricity to create Hydrogen from water...

where will we take this new energy? more coal centrals, like we don't have enough already

same problem, coal is just as pollutant as petrol if not more...i don't think we will pay a cent less for it...we are so fucked :dabs:

But if more use hybrid cars, in theory you'd be using less energy generally - More coal centres, but less fumes generated by the billions of cars round the world.

But yes, we're so fucked.

To give you a picture:
To make a barrel of hydrogen, we use 3 barrels of oil.
So this ain't what we're looking for...
