SeedBox - speedtest ???

Hi, I have just got a seedbox that has a 100MB connection speed.
The question is the seedbox has a torrent client and i am not able to do a speed test, what whould most people execpt for proof of my speed?

OT: I guess you could use a remote desktop program like VNC to access speedtest website
Has to be a dedibox/VPS or any other type of server where you have root access to do this though, a tflux/webui account won't work

A screen shot of the seedbox should suffice for proof for most people

I just see pepole asking for proof of speed and was not sure what to do.
