I had an account on tv.torrents.ro with a very good ratio. I have not logged in for about a month as I have not had access to the internet. Anyway I tried to login this evening and my account has been disabled. I can get the details using the account recovery page but I can't login.

Does anyone know how I can contact them to get my account re-enabled?

Pruned accounts won't be enable in any way, but you can make another account as they open signups from time to time.

There is no irc channel and there probably never be one. The only way you can contact them is through the site right now, but like i've said your account wont be re-enable.

I had the same problem and had signed up again to request the admins to re enable the account in the forums. But that did not happen as the rule clearly states so:

When are accounts auto-pruned?

* Unparked accounts are pruned when 42 days have elapsed since the last recorded activity. Parked accounts are pruned when 56 days have elapsed since the last recorded activity. Also note that we regularly clean out accounts with very low share ratios.
* Peasant accounts are pruned after 4 weeks.
* Accounts with nothing uploaded/downloaded are pruned after 4 weeks.

Time and again the importance of Parking your account is brought up and examples such as yours are given

They don't reactivate accounts that are disabled for inactivity.
