For general football stuff the only one I know of is leech.tenyardtorrents.com, but if you have a specific team or teams in mind, then you may want to go digging around discussion forums for those specific teams.

Usually major universities have trackers for their teams (of course no hosted or approved by the school). so u might want to do some searching. But if ur lookin for general content tenyard and sport scene are good.
