I suggest you 2 things:

1. go to dvdquorum site and sign up in forum section.
2. I heard that there will be open sign ups in the tracker section on 5th of september or 6th of september, then you need to wait and that's all

Yeah, I just got in through open sign up about two weeks ago(I posted it in the open sign up thread). Once i heard about this site I knew I had to have an account. So i kept checking the sign up page every single day and eventually got in. So i would suggest you try the same.

The speeds aren't the best, even on new torrents. But it's extremely easy to seed, and the content is fantastic. So it's defintely worth it to keep checking the sign up page.
