few questions about NB invitation

I just wondering about few things about NB invitations I hope that someone (hopefully the members :)) will answer me :)

1. What should member of NB do/achieve that he could get the invite ?
2. Does NB do open sign ups ?
3. What do you think do I have any chances to get an invite via my request in Giveaway/Request section ?

Every 180 days PU's get one invite.

You must have downloaded at least 30Gb.

No open signup there, as far as I know.

If you really need it, yes, you will get it.
