Computer Keeps Crashing

NOt too sure where exactly to put this but this seems like the most logical place. I'm using Windows XP Pro...P4 256mb ram...anyway here's the technical information which I have NO CLUE as to what it means other than I have a major problem cause I've seen this blue screen like 10 times in the past 3 days:

Error signature
BCCode : d1 BCP1 : 00000000 BCP2 : 00000002 BCP3 : 00000001
BCP4 : F9732A8E OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 1_0 Product : 256_1

The following files will be included in this error report:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini090403-01.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Belta\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER1.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml

That's it! I seem to always have this damn sysdata in my error report, not sure about the other file since I never really paid attention to it. Anyway does anyone know whats up and how to fix this? And again, sorry if this is in the wrong place...

do a fdisk, format and clean install dude, windoz sucks but we need it :lol: its prolly time for it anywayz

Manual workarounds if SP1 is not installed: Use one of the three options.

Right Click the My Computer
Icon/Properties/Advanced/Performance/Settings/Advanced/Change. Set Page
File to 0, ok your way out and reboot. Then follow the same procedure and
reset the Page File to System Managed File.

Right Click the My Computer
Icon/Properties/Advanced/Performance/Advanced/Virtual Memory/Change/No Page
File. Reboot. Then delete C:\Pagefil.Sys then revert the page file setting.

Right Click the My Computer
Icon/Properties/Advanced/Performance/Advanced/Virtual Memory/Change. Set
the swap file size to zero, reboot. Re-set to System Managed, reboot. Reset
the Custom setting, reboot.

Thanx for the replies...I'm not sure if its XP Pro Corp or not, I got it from the shop where I bought my comp from in Thailand, all I know is on start up it says Window XP Professional. As far as recently installed progs, the only ones I can think of are Bittorrent, and hardware the only thing I have hooked new in the last 6 months is a plug and play joystick that I use with epsxe. These crashes just started to really occur in about the last week or so but I cant figure out anything that I would have installed to be causing the prob...no viruses. Actually this really started happening after I defraged my comp...not with the built in Windows but a different one that was recommended on this board. Thanx Skelley521 for those links, hopefully thatll help. Thanx again for your replies!!
