At the end of summer I noticed that my account on STM is not working anymore. I had a normal ratio and only reason why my account was deleted it is about 3 months of inactivity.
So do I have any chance to restore my account?

before you go through all the hassle, get an invite and a new account. that is if you're really deleted due to inactivity.

stm is easy to seed back, you don't need any buffers there.
