PTN trouble

So as many of you know..ptn is back...and i soon received a re-invite for it..but when i try to folow the registration url it appears an error "404" and a message as well "sorry pall nothing here"...
does anyone know what this means?...has anyone recived the same error and can help me?

P.S. The Re-invite was sent a few Houres ago..so it;s not old.
