I'd hope some people are more cautious, I know giveaways will appear though. But from what I've read, the actions people you refer do will alter your account; i.e. if they end up leeching a tremendous amount, your own ratio will feel the repercussions.

The new system should deter people from offering up invites to randoms ;)
