I had slow roasted pork loin with a selection of vegetables fried in a tea spoon of balti sauce, potatoes with the skin still on with a dribble of butter and black pepper, mango and coriander chutney and pear cider sauce.

All home made except for the balti sauce.

I had an olive crusted (black olives, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil) fresh atlantic salmon fillet on a bed of idaho potato (skin-on) mash with steamed vegies. It was superb :D

We got back too late from the park, so I'm having my "sunday dinner" tomorrow (roast chicken, stuffing, cauliflower, broccoli, roast potatoes, parsnips, carrots, yorkshire puds (YES! WITH CHICKEN FTW!) and gravy)

Tonight I am having meatballs marinaded in a red wine and gravy sauce with onions. sweet potatoes mash and fresh steamed sweet corn. Yum

Herb roasted chicken, sour cream and garlic mashed potatoes (actually, whipped potatoes) grilled corn on the cob, chicken gravy, and chicken stuffing.

I think that the white parsley sauce you mentioned - sounded lovely.
