I have a question, it seems liek a stupid question but if you happen to move to a different location or change ISP doesnt that mean your IP address will change? And then the private trackers will check your different IP. So will they ban peopel for that?

Depends, if you tell them a while ahead of time, and don't do anything suspicious like change your email and password along with your ISP change, then you should be fine.

your ip will change. inform staff about it and there won't be any problems.

i'm connecting from three different locations (and one of them has dynamic ip). never had any trouble..
..but i heard a story when acc was disabled when there country change of ip..
so anyway, if rules are saying nothing about it, i'd better didn't spam staff )
if some problem will occur, you can always talk to them on irc and such...

if they are decent staff they will check shit out and if you're using all the same settings (ie. browser), dont change email/pw, and have an ip from the same country they wont ban you. if you're moving to a new country you can put it in your profile comments to be safe but trades are generally very obvious and if it doesnt look like one you probably wont even be questioned let alone disabled.

i know this is a good place for information but why would you not just ask the staff??
no matter what replies you get here its still completely up to them...
