looking for an Axx Topsite

Hi all, i'm looking for an axx, topsite or ftp with a good pre-times since i dont have anything to offer to the scene im willing to pay money:whistling

Why would you need topsite access?

Most torrent trackers got decent pretimes, is it really that important that you can have stuff few minutes/hours before the rest of us?

In my opinion it aint worth paying for leechslots, yes you will get some releases that wont get pre'd on p2p.
But do you really need that rare releases?

Well some rls groups have their email address in their nfo's, just contact them when you have something of interest to them.

Why would you pay, just wait a day or two and you can get the file at any site.
