SDbits is not so good it's actually equals to Revtt or SCC.
His brother HDbits really got some nice content which you can find on other trackers

Not true, you can find there dvd encodes of the highest quality + some special projects ;)

If you have hdbits then there's no point wasting x264 on sd, its crap...

some sd is not availible in hd and there's something more than x264 on sdbits. something like mpeg2 :)

SDBits is not very impressive. Slightly more than 1000 torrents, but some good things present too. I got a full series of Dark Angel in x264 there. The tracker is just 4 months old though.

it doenst matter how old or how many torrents it has , i know it has great x264 encodes of popular tv shows

dvdrip & dvd 5 are not file formats i believe :)
untouched dvd's whether it's dvd5 or dvd9 are allowed along with x.264 dvdrips.
xvid rips/tv caps/recompressed dvd's/all of the scene stuff - forbidden
