HI,i'm noob here. i have used 3 kind of antivirus NOD32, Kaspersky and Avast. (forgive my bad english...plz)
and it looks like that the NOD 32 did not scan the webpage when i surfing on the internet. Kaspersky7 did slow down my laptop terribly (sorry,i bought my laptop 2yrs ago. And now i update the RAM to 1G,but it still hangs up frequently when i use kaspersky) .Avast's virus database is not strong....every antivirus software has one or two weakness. ...
Then how about Kaspersky 2009? should i continue to pay for it? or McAfee or Norton? or some else?

Your English is fine ,if you want to pay for your security Kas is fine . I'm curious what they charge tho as Nod32 (Eset) is $39.00 for three computers , that seems fair .
If and when you get tired of paying , a PM is a click away . :yup:

I recommend you nod32(eset). I use it for a long time and we have not had problems.

who knows ??
did u asked someone else other than ur NOD32 ???
mate try to scan ur pc with Kaspersky
I am using Nod32, and its good for now about cca. 2 years:)
for all NOD32 users
if u have a good pc which can handle Kaspersky so they must have kasper and drop NOD32 away cause it's worthless.
Hear my story if u have time.
I was using nod 32 for couple years , and i saw kaspersky IS 2009 have a good lookin , so i was curious is kaspersky worth a try or it's still the most heavy antivirus without extra featurs , so I install it on my PC and other PCs in my home , and the result was shocking .
i found hundred of viruses on my PC and even on my Flash disk , ofcourse i mad a full scan with NOD32 with the lastest update b4 installing kaspersky .
so If u have time do the same as i did and see how many viruses u will find ( u should find many viruses that's if u are using NOD32 for a long time ) and pls share ur result with us ( i'm a little curios Doc causei wanna know if u are inficted :naughty: ).

I call B.S. , maybe a key generator that Nod32 called fine but " hundreds " ? Come on , if you run a good Trojan remover it may find one they both missed tho .
I'm using an all in one in Eset Smart Security tho .

then i advice u to gor NOD32 , u will scan ur pc with couple hour and the result are well-known without scaning ( no viruses in ur PC while u have a lot ) .
u should change ur way to rate antiviruses .
