How are these torrent ratios for uploaded, downloaded, and ratio? Are they good, or are they bad as in they are suffer speeds?

Uploaded: 7.68 GB
Downloaded: 6.22 GB
Ratio: 1.23 (Updated once a day)

Totally fine, but you haven't downloaded much. ;)

I guess that's 10 xvid movies or 20 episodes, roughly.

Any ratio over 1 is fine. Means you've given back at least as much as you've taken

What's that got to do with anything?

well if hes been a member of that tracker for 2 weeks, then probably nothing.

but if he has been a member of that tracker for 2 years, its not exactly great is it.

For future reference, you should read the Rules/FAQ page of the trackers you're a member of. On most trackers, you technically agree that you have read them (or will read them) when you register an account, so it doesn't hurt to actually do it, as they list the ratio requirements/seeding regulations in them. :)

The best ratio is: 1.337 :P

A friend of mine had that on tl for a while. That was fun, I personally have never had 1.337:( I just speed past that since I don't delete torrents as long as I have them on my computer, so I have 'em for quite a while

If you don't download much, it isn't as hard to keep a good ratio. I download more than that every day.

No, not 2 years. Not even a month. Maybe like a week or so.

Well imo, if he joined 2 years ago, and that was from 1 torrent and he done that in his first 2 days, then nothing since, why is he still a member of that tracker, he obviously isnt using it, so why keep login in, he is just taking up a space from someone that will use the tracker.

Ok the stats he give wasnt not really very good, or the info anyway.

for all i know that might be a ebook or a music tracker, where most downloads are small and he has got 40 torrents out of that, but on the other hand it could be a dvd only tracker, so it may be just 1 or 2 torrents.

as we found out later he has only been there a couple of weeks, but if your not using the account, whats the point of having it.

and btw downloading does not inflate your stats, it actually brings them down or harder to get promoted anyway.

hmmm...well that is a hard question but to give a simple answer...
ratio 1.4-1.5 would be great.....

As said b4 over is good..a lot of ppl aim for 3-4 so they can leech on bgger torrents and feel safe in a buffer zone (i.e. still not fall below 2 if they take that big torrent and then don't see dit abck fully).
