MovieX is actually pretty good.
It's an open-signup forum based tracker.

It is mostly movies but it also has apps and games and such. They also have a dedicated group affiliated with their tracker/forum.

Pretty good for starters.

They are ok as a tracker, but at the same time they try to make money of other peoples work. They have some sort of system set up, where if you pay for it you get direct downloads of the same things that may be unseeded at the normal tracker or are considered exclusive to paying "customers".
