Converting Movie Files

Is there any software out there that lets you convert RealOne Player, Windows Media, Shockwave Flash and Quicktime movie files to Avi or Mpeg? I need to convert a couple of Realmedia files to VCD for a mate's DVD player. Cheers!

Though TMPGEn can live up to it's name, It's is not as user friendly toconvert as Winmpg. Your best bet is to download then both from kazaa and see which one "tickles ur fancy".
