Kimsufi of course, cheap - great service - unlimited - serious firm (ovh) if you can..
Rapport quality price : plan / dedi its uncomparable, but dedi are more expensive if you take it with reseller.

ive been using seedboxes on and off for the past few years, they are great. they always have been expensive though, usually costing me around 40 bucks a month for a mediocre server.
