WTF how do I get rid of this?!

Every 2 seconds this thing pops up: http://img403.imageshack.us/my.php?image=18634546kg5.jpg and I've no idea how the hell I can get rid of it.. Not only that, but I haven't a clue what the unrecognised USB device is!! :unsure:
