slow uTorrent webgui

Ive setup my dedi and evreything is ok, except for the webgui... im getting great response time from the vnc/ssh/ftp but in the uTorrent it takes like forever for the page to load (5 mins approx)... what could i be doing wrong here?

btw, the dedi is a kimsufi L...
