3d Models and Textures Tracker?

Hi, does anyone know of a good tracker which has 3d models for 3ds Max/Sketch-up and good fill-in textures as well?

a lot of things is on gfxnews /big packs of textures and models/, I think that you can find there some interesting stuff...
