Apparently my mail didn't reach me. Nothing in the spam or any folder. I was invited not by trade and not by a banned user (x0r - admin of the extremebits). Probably my mail is blacklisting the what.cd page. Whitelisted it now but i think it's to late.
What to do now?

Not possible at the moment :/ the mail is local polish one - tlen.pl - had no problems before with it.

Any way to contact the admins of what.cd?

the confirmation email probably got scared off by all of the penis enlargement spam you have in your inbox
