I have a gbit 4xl expirining today if anybody wants it.
Its runing ubuntu desktop but can be changed to any os u want.
8gig of ram quadcore 250gig HD.
Can be ready for 2morrow.
Is in nosla but u can still easily pull 55mb down and 20mb up.
Nosla does not really make a differance if ur using it as a seeder coz most of the torrent traffic these days comes from ovh so its internal.:)
87gbp a month.

And no unfortuantly i dont give it away for free.

I was about to order one Server from hosting-ie with Gbit channel
So if that deal is better I may go for it.

what is the total traffic i can do per month?

what is the external traffic max I can use?
(i'm interested out OVH network traffic)

can I do 10-15 TB per month ?

Cheers

Total traffic ive done this month is 9tb and i havent used it as much in the last week.Ive used it to upload but i dont upload no were near as much as i used to so yhea id say 15tb without a problem.
I cant really say for sure how much external traffic u can use.

most of me traff will be Not OVH based

so I will go for your deal if you are ok with that
I don't wanna be in situation like lock your server for over usage
I will go for sure minimum 12-13 TB NOT OVH net traffic
if it is good 1 gbit I can do much more

With my existing hosting-ie server I'm doing 12-14 TB external traff per month and that is just 100Mbit one.

Please let me know if you are ok with

Cheers

Well i dont see why the server would get locked.
I mean its on NoSla mode please remember this.
I can even ask ovh boss to look at this and see if he will switch it back to sla.
But as i say 100mbit is guaranted. But remember i dont no how the traffic will be outside ovh over the month s most of the traffic i use is inside.
If you have some way of testing this,a outside speed test of sm sort then drop me a pm.:)

hello

Locked I mean because of high outside traffic
I've seen in some tread in here that they lock it if server is on Gbt channel and uses too much external traffic, so can you check that?

cheers

I doubt they can just lock a server.
I mean thats going against there TOS.
No server ive used with them has been locked 100mbit or gbit.

With nosla mode it's impossible

you obviously didnt read up.
it went into nosla 3 days after i got it and its done 9tb and ive hardly even touched it this last week so its obviously not impossible.

So if you can check it to be sure would be nice,
course I'm a heavy user :)
and you risk to stay without a server :)

But you did 9TB of internal or peered traffic. 10-15TB of non-peered traffic with noSLA server is hard to do, that's 33-50Mbps sustained. If TechnoMan80's traffic is in USA then I doubt he'll be able to make with noSLA. If the traffic is within Europe then it's easily accomplished.
