Uploaded 20 seconds after pre
Uploaded 33 seconds after pre

Music seems to be under 1 minute for the most part. Although I don't know how it compares in content with music trackers. I guess SCC should be good for new releases but I would nto expect to find old stuff there.

they got all music scene releases, their music section is rly great, i use it more than what+waffles, and actually you can find older releases too, but only hyped ones :)

Not many trackers really race scene mp3 releases, but a lot release packs for the whole day. But it does make it easier for people with crappy internet to help their ratios, since it is free leech.

if you are a uploader you will be the fastest ;) if they're not fast enough you can't get the new metallica record in time. cause you don't wanna wait a hole week for it ;)
