Anyone having trouble with a BIE version of Vista Ultimate?

My Vista Ultimate (x64) is the BIE edition and all of the sudden I am getting asked for a proper activation key. Anyone else having a problem with theirs? I've got a problem about the same time with my wallpaper reverting back to the black a lot too. I can change the wallpaper but eventually it just turns black again.
