What are some good private sites that have mostly Dvdr rips, also a big selection of TV dvd season rips-that are Iso's? Fast speeds would be nice.

for Movies i would reccomend you TheDvdClub ... and for TV RedRansom is right :P.

Channel #TheDVDClub (irc://irc.thedvdclub.org:6667/TheDVDClub) on the irc server IRC.TheDVDClub.Org , but i think they have an IRC invite system... so i don`t know. However give it a try :P.

TheDVDClub, SDBits & BitHQ all have nice non-scene DVD collections, but speeds are not always great and also, a lot of the best stuff is not in .iso or .img format but in untouched VOB files, so creating your own disc image is something you should learn next.
